What rates are offered? Is there a rate overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.


Where are the sharing vehicles located?

At 40 Flex Zones in and around the Bonn city area.


Can the sharing vehicles be returned to multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free-floating or station-based)

The vehicles can be returned to any Flex Zone.


What are the return conditions for the vehicles?

  • Close the helmet compartment

  • Place the scooter on its main stand


Which vehicles are available at which locations?

There is only one type of e-scooter, available at all Flex Zones.


Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can this be done?

Yes, the driver's license must be validated. This can be done online via Jumio.


In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Germany


Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must be met?

No


Charging Information

Does the scooter need to be removed from the charging station at the start of the booking?

No


Does the scooter need to be connected to a charging station at the end of the booking?

No, the service team takes care of the charging process.


Does the scooter have any additional equipment?

Yes:

  • Helmet compartment with two motorcycle helmets in different sizes

  • Hygiene hairnets


Are there any special instructions for starting the scooter?

The scooter is started via smartphone.


Are there any special instructions for turning off and parking the scooter?

The scooter must be placed on the main stand.


Are there any important things to consider during the booking (e.g., stopovers)?

Stopovers are possible.


Accident and Damage Reporting

In case of an accident or breakdown:

  • If necessary, call an ambulance and the police

  • Report the incident via the app


Is there any additional information in the vehicle (e.g., a How-to Guide)?

A copy of the insurance certificate is located in the helmet compartment under the liner.
