Hotels, tourist information centers, and other tourism businesses.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned to different locations, or must they be returned to the pickup station? (Free-floating or station-based?)
With a 72-hour advance notice before the rental begins, bikes can be returned to a different station.
What vehicles are available at which locations?
Depending on the station, regular bicycles and/or pedelecs are available in varying quantities.
Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?
No.
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
Germany, Netherlands.
Is a second driver insured? If so, what requirements must they meet?
No.
Charging Information for Bikes
How is the bike connected for charging?
(Please describe the process in as much detail as possible so that agents can best assist users.)
Each station connects the pedelec to the charging unit.
For longer trips, guests can receive a charger.
Can bikes be returned and charged at multiple stations? If so, at which ones?
No.
Accident and Damage Reporting Information
What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?
In case of a breakdown, contact the rental station where you started your trip.
Accidents must be reported to the police.
The corresponding accident report must be sent to [email protected] with details of the incident. Niederrhein Tourismus will then get in touch with the renter.
If the bike is no longer rideable, the rental can be paused.
The renter is responsible for any costs incurred for transporting the bike.
In both cases, no independent repairs or modifications should be made to the bike.
Are additional user instructions available in the vehicle (e.g., a "How-To Guide")? If so, where can users find them?
