Please create a booking for a selected vehicle in the app by using the search function, entering a desired period of time, selecting an available vehicle and clicking the Book vehicle button.
As soon as you are at the vehicle at the booked start time, open the app and tap on your booking. The vehicle opens automatically when you start booking in the app.
The app will explain all further steps to you.
To open the vehicle via the app, make sure that your mobile phone has stable network reception.
Vehicle does not open.
I cannot open the vehicle. The vehicle cannot be opened.
I cannot start the booking.
If the vehicle does not open as described, please contact support in the Help Centre. To do this, log into your user account and select the "Help Centre" section via the menu.
