At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pick-up station? (Free Floating or Station-based)
Station-based.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the associated charging point, charging process started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
Car must be returned to the designated spot.
Fuel rule: The tank must be at least 25% full at drop-off.
Car must be clean; report any dirt or damage in the app, or you will be charged as per the fee schedule (up to €200).
Return the key chip to the holder in the glove compartment.
Which vehicles are available at which locations?
Does the driver’s license need to be validated? If yes, how can this be done?
For club members, validation is done through personal verification during a meeting in Coburg.
For non-members, it’s done through the system.
In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?
No restrictions.
Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?
Registered users with Autoparat are allowed to drive, even if the booking was made by another registered user.
If the person who booked the car is always present in the vehicle, a third person can drive. Responsibility for a valid license and the driver's condition lies with the person who made the booking.
Information on Refueling
Which cards are available in the vehicle? (Type of card, card provider, possibly PIN)
Each car has a Walther fuel card. The PIN is on/in the wallet with the card.
The Kangoo (located at Parkhaus Zinkenwehr) has a parking card: found behind the sun visor.
How is the card used?
Use the fuel card with the PIN to pay.
Use the parking card when entering and exiting (when entering, also hold it at the reading point to access the long-term parking area); the barrier opens without further interaction.

What should be done in case of an accident or breakdown?

Take appropriate safety precautions: wear safety vests, possibly move the vehicle out of the danger zone.
Immediately contact the police and stay at the accident scene until the police investigation is complete.
Record contact details of all involved persons and license plates of all vehicles involved.
Do not admit fault, do not assume liability, and avoid making statements with similar legal implications.
Create a detailed accident report with a sketch on-site.

Are there additional instructions for the user in the vehicle (e.g., How-to Guide)? If yes, where can the user find them?
