Where are the sharing vehicles located?
At over 150 OBI stores throughout Germany.
Can the shared vehicles be returned to multiple locations, or do they always have to be returned to the pick-up station? (Free floating or station-based)
Station-based. They cannot be returned to other stations. Always return to the same OBI store.
What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., car at the designated charging point, charging process started, key chip, charging (&parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)
1. Key chip must be inserted in the holder in the glove compartment.
2. Fuel card must be in the left slot in the glove compartment
3. The vehicle must be parked at the OBI store
4. At least 25% fuel
Which vehicles are available at which locations?
It varies. “Box truck” / Sprinter or “flatbed truck”
Does the driver's license need to be validated? If so, how can it be validated?
Yes, every 182 days via Jumio.
In which countries are the shared vehicles insured?

Is a second driver insured? If so, what conditions must they meet?
No.

What should I do in the event of an accident or breakdown?
In the event of an accident or breakdown, an emergency management service will be provided. The services of our emergency management are included in the rental price.
