If you receive the error message "Payment method cannot be saved", we can give you the following feedback:

Some customers were able to add a credit card a few days later without having changed anything. Recommendation: The user should try again after one day – at the moment we have no possibility to interact or fix this.


Idea: We have heard from banks that the "activation for online usage" must be enabled, so customers might also check this."

In this case, we have no influence on the error message and cannot resolve it.
