Drivers can rent a vehicle and must complete the damage check.
On the graphic, all existing damages are visualized with a dot at their corresponding location.
The number of damages at a specific spot is indicated by a single dot.
The driver can easily review the damages and compare them with already reported ones by tapping on a dot and checking the image.
If the driver has found a new damage and wants to report it, they can select “Report new damage” in the MOQO app.
This opens the graphic in an editing mode. The driver must manually select the location where the damage was found.
In the next step, the driver must attach a photo and provide some additional details about the damage.
The report can then be submitted. If the driver is offline, the report will be sent to the server as soon as the device reconnects to the internet.
