To close your user account, please go to your profile in the app and tap the Privacy. Then please tap Delete my account button.
Alternatively, please log in to portal.moqo.de with your access data. In your account settings under the Options tab you will find the Close my account button.
Your data will then be automatically deleted after 3 months in accordance with GDPR.
