As a driver, you use a mobility service (such as car sharing or bike sharing) offered by a local provider. While your provider operates the service, they rely on a digital platform that powers the app, booking system, and many of the technical processes behind the scenes.

You may not interact directly with Digital Mobility Solutions GmbH by name, but when you book a vehicle via an app or browser, that interface is provided by Digital Mobility Solutions GmbH.

With the introduction of the EU Data Act, your right to access the personal and technical data generated through your use of these services has been expanded. Digital Mobility Solutions GmbH supports these legal requirements by offering a transparent, secure, and user-friendly data access process.

How can I access my data?

You can now request your personal data directly through your user profile.

Steps to request your data export

  • Submit a request
    Log in to your account and navigate to your user profile. Go to Options → Personal data export → Request my personal data. Click the "Request data" button to initiate the export process. You can request a new export once per week.

  • Processing your request
    Your data export will be generated in the background. You'll see a processing notice on the page along with your archive password. Keep this password safe—you'll need it to open the downloaded file.

  • Receive your data
    Once ready, you'll receive an email notification with a download button. The download link is also available in the same page where you submitted the request in your profile. Your data is provided as a password-protected ZIP file containing your personal information.

  • Download within 7 days
    The download link remains valid for 7 days. After this period, the file is automatically deleted for security reasons. You can request a fresh export at any time after 7 days.

What data is included?

Your export contains comprehensive information about your account usage, including:

  • Profile information (name, email, phone number, driver's license details)

  • Booking history and trip details

  • Payment information and invoices

  • Team and organization memberships

  • Driver license verifications

  • Support cases and service ratings

  • Subscription and membership data

  • Device information (for app usage)
