What tariffs are offered? Is there a tariff overview?

Please refer to the app for more information. The prices listed in the app are always binding.

At which locations are the sharing vehicles located?

Exclusively at: Werkstr. 3, 32289 Rödinghausen.

Can the sharing vehicles be returned at multiple locations, or must they always be returned to the pickup station? (Free Floating or Station-Based)

What are the return conditions for the vehicles? (e.g., vehicle at associated charging point, charging process started, key-chip, charging (& parking) card in the holder in the glove compartment)

The vehicles must be parked in one of the 4 possible and designated pool vehicle parking spaces. The vehicle key + fuel card should be placed in the holder in the glove compartment.

Which vehicles are available at which locations?

  • HF-IE 75 E (BMW i3 – electric)

  • HF-LL 75 (VW Golf variant)

  • HF-NN 75 (VW Golf variant)

Does the driver's license need to be validated? If yes, how can it be validated?

Driver's license validation is carried out semi-annually by sending photos of the front and back of the driver's license before the date display on the monitor to the fleet management.

In which countries are the sharing vehicles insured?

Insurance coverage exists within the geographical boundaries of Europe and non-European territories that fall under the scope of the EU.

Is a second driver insured? If yes, what conditions must they meet?

All employees whose driver's license has previously been validated are allowed to drive the vehicles and alternate while driving. Since the vehicles are only to be used for business trips, they are also only used by employees.

At which charging stations can the charging cards be used?

Company-owned charging stations and charging stations that can be billed via DKV.

Company-owned and DKV card.

How is the respective card used?

What should be done in the event of an accident or breakdown?

Police should be notified in the case of:

  • Injuries or animal damage

  • The other party involved in the accident is not on-site / cannot be found

  • Unclear fault in the accident
